The Simple Truth
We collect the minimum data needed to process your purchase and deliver your skills. We don't sell your information. We don't track you across the internet. We use privacy-first analytics with no cookies. Your skill files and how you use them remain completely private.
What We Collect
Email address: For delivery of purchase confirmations and download links, plus optional product updates if you subscribe. Payment information: Processed securely by Stripe — we never see or store your full credit card numbers. Basic website analytics: Page views and referrer data via Plausible (privacy-first, no cookies or personal data).
What We DON'T Collect
We don't use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or cross-site tracking. We don't collect personal data beyond email and payment processing. We don't monitor how you use your downloaded skills. We don't sell, rent, or share your data with anyone.
Third Party Services
Stripe: Processes all payments securely. They handle credit card data according to strict PCI compliance standards. Vercel: Hosts our website with industry-standard security. Plausible: Provides privacy-friendly website analytics with no cookies or personal data collection. Resend: Sends transactional emails like purchase confirmations and download links.
Your Skill Files
Once you download your skill packages, they're files on your computer. We have no access to your inputs, outputs, or how you use the skills with AI tools. Your conversations with Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini are between you and your AI provider — we're not involved.
Data Retention
Purchase records: Kept for tax and legal compliance purposes (typically 7 years). Email addresses: Maintained for product delivery and support. You can request deletion at any time. Analytics data: Anonymous and aggregated only, automatically expires after 2 years.
Your Rights
You have the right to request deletion of your personal data, export a copy of data we have about you, opt out of all non-essential emails (purchase confirmations will still be sent), and correct any inaccurate information we have. Contact hello@getskillpress.com for any privacy requests.
GDPR & CCPA Compliance
