1. What You're Buying
Skillpress sells digital skill packages — downloadable files containing SKILL.md instruction files, templates, and reference documentation that you use with AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini. Each purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable, perpetual license to use the skill package for your individual use.
2. Digital Product License
Your license permits personal and professional use of the skill package. You may use it for your own work, modify the files for your personal use, and use the outputs created by AI tools with these skills in any way you choose. This is a single-user license — each purchase covers one individual user only.
3. What You Cannot Do
You may not redistribute, resell, or share the skill package files with others outside your immediate team. You cannot claim authorship of the skill packages themselves, include them in competing products, or use Skillpress's name or branding without permission. The skills are for your use, not for redistribution.
4. Team Use and Licensing
If you want to use skills across a team or organization, please contact us at hello@getskillpress.com for team licensing options. Each standard purchase is for individual use only.
5. Product Delivery
All products are delivered via instant download after successful payment processing through Stripe. You will receive an email with download links immediately after purchase. Downloads are available for 30 days after purchase.
6. Refund Policy
All sales of digital products are final. If you experience a verified technical issue that prevents a skill from functioning as described, contact hello@getskillpress.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue or provide a refund at our discretion.
7. No Warranty on Business Outcomes
Skillpress skills are productivity tools and templates, not consulting services. We provide well-engineered instruction sets for AI tools, but we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes. The quality of output depends on the AI model you use, your input data, and how you apply the results. These are tools to enhance your workflow, not guaranteed solutions.
8. Intellectual Property
Skillpress owns all intellectual property rights in the skill packages, including the instruction files, templates, and documentation. You own the inputs you provide and the outputs generated by AI tools using our skills. We claim no rights to your data or work product.
9. Acceptable Use
Skills are intended for personal and professional work use only. You may use them within your organization but cannot resell access, include them in competing products, or use them for any illegal or harmful purposes. Use reasonable judgment and respect the license terms.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skillpress's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific skill package. We provide these tools as-is and disclaim all warranties beyond those required by law. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Georgia.
12. Updates to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll post any changes here and update the 'Last updated' date. Your continued use of Skillpress after changes means you accept the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated via email to your registered address.
