1. What You're Buying
SkillPress sells digital skill packages — downloadable files (SKILL.md, templates, and reference docs) that you use with AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT. Each purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable, perpetual license to use the skill package.
2. How It Works
After payment via Stripe, you receive an immediate download link. You download a .zip file containing the skill package. You drop it into your AI tool and use it. That's it.
3. What You Can Do
Use the skill package for personal or professional work. Modify the files for your own use. Use the outputs the skill creates in any way you want — they're yours.
4. What You Can't Do
Redistribute, resell, or share the skill package files with anyone outside your immediate team. Claim authorship of the skill package itself. Use SkillPress's name or branding without permission.
5. Team Use
Each purchase covers one individual user. If you want to roll skills out to a team, contact us at hello@getskillpress.com for team licensing.
6. Refunds
Because these are digital goods delivered immediately upon purchase, all sales are final. If a skill doesn't work as described, contact us and we'll make it right — either by fixing the issue or finding the right skill for your use case. See our Refund Policy for details.
7. No Guarantees on AI Output
Skills provide structured instructions for AI tools. The quality of the output depends on the AI model, your input, and how you use it. We test thoroughly, but AI is inherently variable. We guarantee the skill package is well-engineered; we can't guarantee every output will be perfect.
8. Intellectual Property
SkillPress skill packages are our intellectual property. Your inputs and the outputs the AI produces using our skills are yours. We don't claim any rights to your data or the work product.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. We'll post changes here. Continued use of SkillPress after changes means you accept them.
