Digital Goods
SkillPress products are digital files delivered immediately upon purchase. Because they can be downloaded and used instantly, all sales are final.
But We're Not Jerks About It
If a skill genuinely doesn't work as described — the instructions are broken, the outputs are wrong, or it doesn't do what the listing says — email us at hello@getskillpress.com. We'll either fix the issue, swap it for a different skill, or make it right. We built these to actually help you. If one doesn't, we want to know.
What's Not Covered
"I changed my mind" or "I didn't end up using it" aren't grounds for a refund — the files are yours the moment you download them. But if there's a real issue with the product itself, we'll take care of you.
